Rich has 25+ years of experience in business services sales and service fulfillment management. He brings both formal training and long practice in using the consultant's approach to help clients identify what they want and need in their website's. Rich is active in the performance arts community, sitting on the Board of Directors of the Opera House of Sandwich and chairing it's Technical Committee, while directing, acting, and working backstage with Indian Valley Theatre in Sandwich.
What was your most memorable summer job?
Guiding canoe trips in the Boundary Waters Area of northert Minnesota/Canada.

Joseph Heller's "Catch 22" or Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse Five."
